We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Children’s Services team in Herefordshire, focusing on Child Protection (CP) and Court work. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the local authority in court proceedings, providing expert testimony and reports.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in Child Protection and Court work.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build effective relationships with families and stakeholders.
