To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working in mental health settings, preferably within a local authority.
- Strong knowledge of mental health legislation and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
