We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Child Protection team in Salford. To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
