Senior Social Worker- Fostering Team (Part time-2days/w)-Surrey

As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including:
- Conducting assessments of prospective foster carers and providing ongoing support and supervision.
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and stakeholders.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to foster families, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the overall development of fostering services.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in fostering or child protection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
