The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social care, particularly in community settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and person-centered approach.
