As a Social Worker specializing in Children with Disabilities, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and their families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and advocacy to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard. Working closely with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate services. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local and national standards.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities or in a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
