Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, preferably within a statutory setting. Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
