Join our dedicated Positive Futures Team in Swindon as a Children’s Social Worker! Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify children’s needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
