We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Slough. In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote independence and enhance quality of life. Your expertise will be crucial in helping individuals overcome challenges related to physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' abilities and needs.
  • Designing and implementing individualized occupational therapy programs.
  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Essential qualifications and skills for this position include:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in adult rehabilitation or mental health settings is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
