We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CSW - Senior Social Worker to join our dynamic team as part of the London Pledge initiative. This role is essential in providing high-quality social care services to vulnerable individuals and families within our community. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of clients and their families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans that promote well-being and independence. Providing supervision and guidance to junior social workers and support staff. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in ongoing professional development and training activities.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualifying experience in social work, with a focus on adult or child services. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
