We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Family Assessment and Support Team (FAST) in Lincolnshire. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessments and interventions for children and families in need. Your expertise will contribute to safeguarding vulnerable individuals and enhancing their overall well-being. Key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families, identifying needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans that promote positive outcomes. Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and students, fostering their professional development. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to statutory requirements and best practices.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Significant post-qualification experience in children and families social work. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
