Join our dedicated Children's AP - Safeguarding Team in Lincolnshire, where your passion for child welfare will make a significant impact. We are seeking a qualified social worker who is committed to safeguarding children and promoting their well-being. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, community organizations, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children in need of support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans to support children and their families. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and interventions. Engaging with families to empower them and promote positive change. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with safeguarding protocols.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
