We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's TM for our Doncaster location in the Care (Qualified) field. As a Children's TM, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children in need. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing individual care plans for each child Providing emotional support and guidance to children in challenging situations Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under your care Collaborating with other team members and professionals to create a nurturing environment Monitoring and documenting the progress and development of each child

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Valid certification as a Child and Youth Care Worker Proven experience working with children in a care setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Locality Team in Doncaster. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to individuals and families within the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for vulnerable children and families. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Providing support and guidance to individuals in crisis situations, safeguarding their welfare. Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration. Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a social work setting. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in social work practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Sound decision-making abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
