  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in children’s social work, particularly in family support contexts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
  • Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
