To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with young people, particularly in a leaving care or related context.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex cases effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to promoting the rights and interests of young people.
