Children's SW - Support and Protect Team - Cumbria

As a Qualified Social Worker in the Support and Protect Team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
- Working closely with partner agencies to coordinate services and interventions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn.
