The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
  • Proficient in case management and report writing.
