As a member of our Support & Protection Team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure the ongoing safety and welfare of children.
  • Providing expert advice and support to families, promoting resilience and positive change.
  • Documenting casework accurately and maintaining up-to-date records in compliance with local policies and procedures.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
