Join our dedicated Children's TM - MASH Team in Gateshead as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support.

- Developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual family needs.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local and national standards.

To excel in this role, you will need to have:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
