To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse communities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage a caseload effectively.
