  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
