Join our dedicated Safeguarding Team in Wirral as an Adult's Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable adults and ensuring their safety and well-being. This position requires a compassionate and skilled individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including families, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to assess needs, develop care plans, and implement safeguarding measures.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of adults in need of safeguarding interventions. Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and advocacy to individuals at risk. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies and procedures.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
