Your key responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within a fostering or children’s services setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
