We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Fostering Team in Hull. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to children and families within the fostering system, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting assessments of prospective foster carers to ensure they meet the necessary criteria Supporting and supervising foster placements to ensure they are meeting the needs of the children involved Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide a holistic approach to support Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Providing advocacy and support to children and families to ensure their voices are heardThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
