As a member of our Assessment Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in line with statutory requirements. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each child. Working closely with multi-agency partners to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding and support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with local policies and procedures. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges and access resources.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in children's services, particularly in assessment and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
