Join our dedicated Coventry SP EDT Team as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality social work services on an office-based ROTA. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to urgent and complex cases, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals and families. You will work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to assess needs, develop intervention plans, and implement strategies that promote positive outcomes for service users.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting thorough assessments and risk evaluations for individuals and families in crisis. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with service users and other professionals. Providing timely and effective interventions to safeguard children and vulnerable adults. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in regular team meetings and supervision to enhance practice and ensure accountability.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A relevant social work degree and current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection, safeguarding, and crisis intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse populations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively. A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
