We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Social Worker to join our team, specializing in supporting Children with Disabilities (CWD) in Reading. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities and their families.

  • Current licensure as a social worker in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Knowledge of local resources and services available for children with disabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
