Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England or relevant professional body. Proven experience in child protection, family support, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
