We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s SW - Court Team in Cardiff. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families within the community. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex cases, providing support and intervention to families, and representing the local authority in court proceedings.   • Current registration with Social Care Wales.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload.
