As a Social Worker in our team, you will have a range of key responsibilities, including:

Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual family circumstances. Working closely with multi-agency partners to coordinate services and support for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports. Providing guidance and support to families to empower them in making positive changes.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in working with children and families, particularly in Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) contexts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
