As an Adult's Social Worker in the Front Door Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial assessments and determining eligibility for services. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create tailored support plans. Providing guidance and support to individuals and families navigating complex situations. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with organizational policies.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with adults in a social work capacity, preferably within a statutory setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
