Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and support needs. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Working closely with schools, health services, and community organizations to provide holistic support. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A relevant social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in family support and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families and professionals. Participating in multi-agency meetings to collaborate on safeguarding concerns and interventions.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection, safeguarding, and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
