  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA in Social Work, MA in Social Work, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and families.
  • Experience in working within a children’s social care setting is highly desirable.
