Join our dedicated Children's TM - Early Help Team in Nottinghamshire and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in our community. We are seeking passionate and qualified social workers who are committed to delivering high-quality early help services. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with families to identify their needs and provide tailored support, ensuring that children thrive in safe and nurturing environments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing individualized support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources. Working closely with schools, health services, and community organizations to coordinate effective interventions. Monitoring and reviewing progress, making necessary adjustments to support plans as needed.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in working with children and families in a social work context. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
