We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - Family Help Team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with families to promote their well-being and ensure the safety and welfare of children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in partnership with families. Providing guidance and support to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to promote the best interests of children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in a children’s social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families from diverse backgrounds.
