As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and considered in all decision-making processes. Developing and implementing child protection plans and interventions tailored to individual family circumstances. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to provide comprehensive support services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance practice and share knowledge.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and professionals.
