Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial and comprehensive assessments of children and families in line with statutory guidelines.

  • Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to provide integrated services.
  • Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work under pressure.
