Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans to support children and their families. Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony as required.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly within a family team setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
