As a Children's Social Worker in the Kinship Team, your key responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in kinship care settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with children and families.
