As a Children’s Assistant Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting social workers in the assessment and intervention process for children and families in need.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant degree in social work or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resilience.
