We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Front End Assessment Team in South Tyneside. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in assessing and managing the needs of vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and intervention.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify their needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies.
