Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work Locality Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, ideally within a locality team.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
