We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Wiltshire. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ongoing support and guidance, ensuring the effective management of risk and safeguarding concerns.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to facilitate integrated care.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in mental health settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
