  • A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in children's services, with a solid understanding of child protection legislation and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to assess complex situations effectively.
