Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner for the Adoption team, offering a competitive rate of £41.50 per hour. As a Senior Practitioner, you will lead and support the adoption process, ensuring the best outcomes for children and adoptive families.

Your key responsibilities will include:
