As a Qualified Social Worker in our team, you will have a variety of key responsibilities and duties, including:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and foster families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster carers and children. Ensuring compliance with legislation, policy, and best practice standards. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in fostering or child protection services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage a caseload effectively.
