A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, including knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
