Are you a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults within the community? Blackpool's Neighbourhood Team is seeking a committed Adult Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality social care services, supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives while promoting their independence and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and developing tailored care plans. Working collaboratively with service users, families, and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery. Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals and their families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contributing to service development initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, preferably within a community setting. Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
