  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in social work practice, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice in social work.
