Are you a passionate and dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact in the care sector? We are seeking a Team Manager for the Adults North and West Locality Team in Bristol. As a Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing a team of social care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices. Collaborating with external agencies, stakeholders, and families to facilitate comprehensive support networks. Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A relevant professional qualification in social work or a related field (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent). Significant experience in social care management, particularly in adult services. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on person-centered care. A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and policies affecting adult social care.

As a Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
