To be successful in this role, you must hold a recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
  • A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child welfare.
