Nottinghamshire - Lead Child Protection Practitioner
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Child Protection Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Nottinghamshire. This pivotal role involves leading and supporting a team of social workers in delivering high-quality child protection services, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and families within our community. You will play a key role in assessing complex cases, developing intervention strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for children.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team of social workers, providing guidance and support in child protection cases.
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans that meet the needs of children and families.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements in child protection practice.
